We went and saw Superbad on Saturday night. Jonah Hill and Michael Cera were fantastic as dorky teens looking to get drunk and laid in the final weeks of their senior year of high school. They represent all of us who were awkward in high school, outside of the popular cliques. These guys achieve acceptance; they show us that it can be done. I can't write anything about about this movie without mentioning Fogell (played by Christopher Mintz-Plasse). The guy was born to be McLovin.
Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg are genius comedic writers. I have enjoyed Rogan since he was Ken on Freaks and Geeks, but frankly, I think that his acting career is in danger after seeing Superbad.
